Masks are still required in all areas of both centres. except whilst actually climbing in the climbing areas. Mask wearing for youngsters varies depending on circumstances

We advise customers to keep to social distancing, with customers encouraged to keep a metre from other climbers whilst using the centre.

Hand sanitiser is still available throughout both centres, and customers are encouraged to clean hands: before, regularly during and after each session.


We will continually monitor expert advice and overall centre operation and make changes as necessary. It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and safe using the centres, and we will be doing our utmost to ensure this.
