saturday and sunday kids clubs, adult beginners courses through to improvers and above.

kids club takes place saturday and sunday mornings and afternoons from 10:00 till 12:00 and 13:00 till 15:00

taster session

never been climbing but fancy having a go? During this hour session, one of our fully qualified instructors will take you climbing, covering the very basics and getting in as much climbing as possible. all gear and entry to the wall is included. call to book a session cost

beginners courses

want to learn all the skills required to climb indoors? we will teach you everything you need to know to start climbing. during this time you should learn the following skills:

• How to belay
• The basic knots
• About the different grading systems
• Basic Rope Technique

the course usually take place monday and friday evenings between 18:00 till 20:00 or 20:00 till 22:00 and will teach you all you require to use alien rock safely and with confidence. cost

improvers

reached a plateau in your climbing? relying on your strength instead of your feet? we can help. you will learn some common techniques that will aid you in your climbing. whether it is slabs, vertical or overhangs we will work on you getting the most out of your climbing.cost

leading courses

want to learn how to lead indoors? this course will teach you to lead confidently and safely. The course will cover basic rope techniques, belaying, basics about gear used and all the skills  required to lead in an indoor environment! cost
